Apple Watch App

The Elements Apple Watch app is a companion app to the Elements mobile banking app. Make sure you are already an active user of the Elements mobile app. No extra login credentials are required to use the Apple Watch app.

To begin using Apple Watch app, complete the following steps:

1. Install the Elements Apple Watch app onto your Apple Watch

After having installed the Elements mobile app, launch the Watch app on your iPhone. On the My Watch tab, scroll to the bottom and tap "Install" next to the Elements app. Be sure that the Elements app is checked to "Show App on Apple Watch."

2. Log In to the Elements Mobile App

To access the Apple Watch app for the first time, log in to your Elements mobile banking app. In the left menu navigation, click on "Profile" then "Apple Watch."

Then within the Apple Watch app settings screen flip the activation switch to "On". This will now start account and transaction information syncing to the Apple Watch app.

Note: To enable this featured, your Apple Watch must be paired with the mobile device that has the mobile banking app installed. In the event that you unpair your watch from this device, you will no longer be able to view your account information on the Apple Watch. If you disable the Apple Watch featured in your mobile banking app, you will no longer be able to view your account information on any Apple Watch devices.
